General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

1. Payment Terms

1.1 Discounts: Our special offers cannot be combined. If multiple offers are available, only the best offer will be applied to your order.

1.2 Payment Options: The client may choose from the following payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. All transaction fees (including those related to cryptocurrency payments) are the responsibility of the client.

1.3 Invoicing: The client will receive an electronic invoice for each order placed.

2. Sales Conditions

2.1 Order: Any order is considered firm and final once payment has been received and confirmed. The order is subject to the acceptance of Minehubbt. In case of unavailability of digital products, the client will be informed as soon as possible and may obtain a refund if the product has not yet been delivered.

2.2 Prices: Prices are stated in euros (€) and exclude taxes. The applicable prices are those in effect at the time of the order.

2.3 Order Modification: Any modification or addition to an order after its validation will be subject to an additional quote and a new agreement from the client.

2.4 Payment: A payment of 50% of the total amount is required to start any project. The remaining balance must be paid before the final delivery of the digital product.

2.5 Transfer of Ownership: Ownership of the digital products will be transferred to the client only after full payment of the order.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation: Due to the digital nature of the products, no cancellation or refund is possible once delivery has been made (download or product sent).

3.2 Delay: If a delay exceeding 7 days in the delivery of digital products occurs, a refund of 10% per day of delay will be granted for each additional day, up to a maximum of 50% of the total amount paid. This refund will only be granted if the delay is attributable to Minehubbt.

3.3 Satisfaction: Although we do not offer refunds, we are committed to reworking the digital product until it meets the client’s reasonable expectations, provided that the feedback is based on the initial specifications defined.

4. Customer Support

4.1 Claims: Any claim regarding a delivered digital product must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving the product. After this period, no claims will be accepted.

4.2 After-Sales Support: Customer support is available by email contact@minehub.fr for any questions or assistance regarding purchased digital products.

Consumer Protection: In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the client has a 14-day withdrawal period for purchases made on the website, except for downloaded digital products. Once the download or access to digital content has begun, the sale is considered final.

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law and applicable European legislation.
